PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Beach Bark Concierge and its representatives the irrevocable right and permission to take photographs and videos of my pet(s) while under their care. This includes, but is not limited to, images and recordings of my pet(s) during walks, playtime, feeding, and any other activities conducted by the pet sitter.

PURPOSE OF USE

I understand and agree that these photographs and videos may be used for the following purposes:

Marketing and Advertising

Including but not limited to, use on social media platforms, the company’s website, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Client Updates:

Providing updates to me, the pet owner, regarding my pet(s)’ well-being and activities.

Internal Use

For training, quality assurance, and other internal purposes within the company.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Ownership and Rights: I acknowledge that Beach Bark Concierge holds all rights to the photographs and videos, including but not limited to the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the images and recordings in any form.
No Compensation: I understand and agree that I will not receive any monetary compensation or other consideration for the use of these photographs and videos.
Opt-Out Option: I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by providing written notice to Beach Bark Concierge. Upon receipt of such notice, Beach Bark Concierge will cease any future use of the photographs and videos, though existing materials may continue to be used.
Privacy Assurance: Beach Bark Concierge agrees not to disclose any personal information about the pet owner in conjunction with the use of the photographs and videos.

CONSENT

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above terms

and give my consent for the use of photographs and videos of my pet(s) as specified.
