PET SETTING AGREEMENT

THIS PET SITTING AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS MADE AND ENTERED INTO

PET SITTER

PET OWNER

1. PET SITTING SERVICES

The Pet Sitter agrees to provide the following services for the Pet Owner's pet(s) (the "Services"

• Feeding and providing fresh water

• Walking and exercise

• Administering medication (if applicable)

• Cleaning up after the pet(s)

• Providing companionship and playtime

PET INFORMATION:

PET OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Pet Owner agrees to:

• Provide all necessary supplies and equipment for the care of the pet(s), including food, leashes, litter,

• medication, etc.

• Inform the Pet Sitter of any behavioral issues, special needs, or medical conditions that may affect the pet(s)'

• care.

• Ensure that the pet(s) are up to date on all vaccinations and are free from fleas, ticks, and other pests.

• Provide access to the Pet Sitter to the home and any necessary keys or security codes.

• Inform the Pet Sitter of any other individuals who may enter the home during the pet sitting period.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Cancellation by Pet Owner: The Pet Owner must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $

Termination by Pet Sitter: The Pet Sitter reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the pet(s) pose a danger to the health or safety of the Pet Sitter or others. In such cases, the Pet Owner will be notified immediately, and any unused portion of the payment will be refunded.

EMERGENCIES

In the event of a medical emergency, the Pet Sitter will make every effort to contact the Pet Owner and the emergency contact provided. If neither can be reached, the Pet Sitter is authorized to seek veterinary care as

deemed necessary, with all costs to be borne by the Pet Owner.

EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION:

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Pet Sitter agrees to keep all personal and private information of the Pet Owner confidential and will not disclose any such information to any third party without the Pet Owner's consent.

LIABILITY

The Pet Owner agrees to release the Pet Sitter from any liability arising from the pet(s)' actions, including injury to the pet(s), damage to property, or harm to other individuals or animals. The Pet Sitter will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet(s).

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By signing this Agreement, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined above and acknowledge receipt of

a copy of this Agreement.
